Where do you ship? We deliver to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands.

How long does delivery take? Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free. You'll see the final shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive? If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or doesn't arrive, contact qa-demo@scale1.app within 30 days with your order number (and a photo of any damage). We'll send a replacement or give you a refund.

Can I return something if I change my mind? You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Contact qa-demo@scale1.app with your order number and we'll explain the next steps.

When will I get my refund? Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.
